Women in leadership roles face unique pressures—from demanding schedules to balancing professional and personal responsibilities. Early in my career as a graphic designer, I experienced the effects of chronic stress and exhaustion firsthand. Remedial massage helped me manage muscle tension and mental fatigue, inspiring me to train in this modality and expand my skills.
I later studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Zen Shiatsu—a focused bodywork technique that supports energy balance and overall vitality —and Macrobiotics, which focused on eating season balance wholefoods for wellbeing.
Remedial Massage: Relieves muscle tension, promotes relaxation, improving focus and productivity.
Shiatsu: Balances energy flow to support mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.
Herbal Medicine: Uses plant-based compounds to support the body’s physical systems, boosting energy, reducing stress, and balancing hormones through biochemical action.
Flower Essences; Vibrational remedies that work on the emotions and bring balance to our moods.
Returning to study Western Herbal Medicine allowed me to better support clients holistically. This is more than professional for me—herbal remedies helped my child with juvenile arthritis and supported my recovery from chronic fatigue in my 40s.
Today, my practice focuses on herbal medicine, and flower essences to offer practical, whole-body support for women managing high-pressure roles and raging hormones.
If you’re looking for effective, natural ways to manage stress and maintain energy, I’m happy to discuss how a herbal medicine tonic can fit into your life.
